I am a Mechanical Design Engineer and R&D Engineering Leader with 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying high-reliability mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems for safety-critical applications across oil & gas, sanitation robotics, defence, and medical sectors.

My work spans the full product development lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design through subsystem engineering, prototype development, testing, and field validation. I have contributed to and led development of multiple field-deployed robotic systems, with deep hands-on expertise in hydraulic system design, structural analysis and optimisation, electro-mechanical integration, and design for manufacturability.

I have coordinated and led cross-functional teams of engineers across design, fabrication, validation, and manufacturing — driving projects from early R&D through to deployment while maintaining focus on reliability, safety, and real-world performance.

My core engineering tools are SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS Workbench, applied across 3D design, manufacturing documentation, FEA, and structural validation. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, which I apply to continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and engineering process optimisation.
